Steps to troubleshoot Microsoft office error 30045-27:

Disk clean up
Disable firewall
Select LAN settings
Office installation

Step 1: Disk clean up

Click windows key + R
Then type, “cleanmgr” and enter
Choose the drive and put a tick mark on the Choose delete files
And then click on the OK button, the files are deleted.

Step 2: Select the LAN settings:

Open Control Panel.
Press Windows Key and then Choose Control Panel from the Right window.
Go to the Internet Options in the Control Panel
Choose the option of Connections Tab and then select the option of LAN Setting. Switch off the option of Use a proxy 5.server for your LAN if it switched ON.

Step 3: Remove and re-installation

If Error code 30045-27 is not resolved in the registry repair, SFC scan and antivirus/firewall exception, it is required to eliminate the MS Office suite completely from the softwares and specifications, and then to reinstall the product for a proper use. Follow the steps given below to resolve MS office Error code 30045-27 completely.

Go to the control panel
Click on the option of uninstall programs and features
Search for Microsoft Office in the list.
Choose the option of Microsoft Office and click on uninstall.
Once uninstall is finished, then try running the MS Office setup to install Microsoft Office.

Go to Microsoft office account
Sign in with your Microsoft account details.
Select new updates of office
Install updates
