SSC CGL RESULT- Releasing in October 2015

The Staff Selection Commission or SSC, India  will soon declare the SSC CGL Result (Tier-I) in October 2015. The upcoming exam of CGL or Combined Graduate Level will be on 6th and 9th August 2015. Recently, Staff Selection Commission or SSC announced the SSC CGL 2013 Final Revised Result on 25th March 2015. These Result were announced after the evaluation of the performance of the candidates in Tier-I, Tier-II and  Computer Proficiency Test (CPT) or Data Entry Skill Test (DEST) was completed.Staff Selection Commission or SSC plays the role of a conducting body for CGL or Combined Graduate Level Examination. And as a very simple fact, the  declaration of SSC CGL Result will be done for all only those candidates who applied for this exam and appeared in the exam. Moreover, the result will only be declared on the official website of SSC. Initially, the Result will be announced in 02 stages, after Tier-1 and after Tier-2.  Based on Tier-1 result, the candidates will be called or shortlisted for the next round of selection i.e. Tier II exam. In the same result, candidates would be able to check their marks and as well as the eligibility status for next stage.

The offering of the posts in various government organizations, such as posts of Assistant, Inspector of Income Tax, Statistical Investigator, sub inspector etc. will be based on the result declared for various stages of selection. The real simple law- "Higher the score better will be the chance of crossing cutoff benchmark" applies here and thus higher will be the chance of final selection in order to get recruited. A candidate with higher marks in his or her result shall be preferred in allotment of post.

Result is a three staged proses i.e. firstly tier 1 result will be declared then for tier 2 result and finally the allotment result.

Result will be the only form basis for selection of candidates to the next round of recruitment.

Candidates can only check their SSC CGL Result on the official website of SSC.

Commission will inform the candidates regarding the declaration of the result via SMS and email.

Checking the result is only possible, after you enter some basic details in the query form system for e.g. roll number, date of birth and captcha code.

The candidates, who will score marks more than the cutoff in Tier 1, will be called for or asked to attend the Tier 2 exam. Similarly, those who score marks above the cutoff in Tier 2 will be asked to attend the personal interview round and skill test.
