SSC CGL 2015 Result: Procedure & Details
The candidates who gave the SSC CGL 2015 Exam on 9th August 2015, 16 August 2015 & 30 August 2015 are awaiting the SSC CGL Tier-1 2015 Result. The SSC CGL 2015 Result will declare the roll numbers of the candidates who have cleared the exam and qualified for the Tier II Exam. The SSC CGL 2015 Tier I Result will be declared by the SSC. The candidates can check the result published by the SSC on the official website of the Commission. The SSC CGL Tier-1 Result is expected to be announced shortly as the candidates need to start preparing for the Tier II Exam.
The SSC CGL Exam is conducted to recruit potential candidates for Group C and Group D posts for the various ministries and departments in the Government. The Combined Graduate Level Exam conducted by the Staff Selection Commission is a prestigious exam which is taken by thousands of eligible applicants. There is a strong competition among the candidates to get through to the next level of the selection process. Only those candidates who clear the SSC CGL Tier I Exam, under SSC CGL 2015 Result, can write the Tier II Exam.
Check SSC CGL 2015 Tier I Result
- The first step is to visit the official website of the SSC.
- lick on the link indicating ‘SSC CGL Result 2015’.
- You will be asked to enter your registration number and your date of birth.
- Once you have entered the entire details click on ‘Submit’.
- You will now be able to access the list of CGL Tier 1 result.
- If your roll number is mentioned in the list it means that you have qualified for the Tier II Examination.
- Make sure you take a printout of the same for future reference.
Selection Process
- The candidates who pass the SSC CGL Tier I exam will be qualified to write the Tier II Exam.
- After the Tier II Exam has been conducted the candidates who clear the exam will be shortlisted for the interview round and the skill test.
- The Commission will also conduct DEST and CPT for the candidates who clear the Tier II Exam.
- The final selection will be made on the basis of the performance of the candidates in both the Tier I and Tier II Exams along with the mark obtained in the interview round.
- There are separate posts allotted for the interview round. There are both interview posts and non interview posts which the candidates will be allotted based on their preference and performance in the exam.
