Speak the Tongue of Confucius
Chinese language a.k.a. Mandarin is spoken roughly by 1.2 billion people, making it 16% of world’s total population. People are coming forward to Learn Chinese language for many reasons like it's dialect is different. Or, to understand scholars of ancient China like Confucius in their mother tongue and feel connected to their homeland much more.
One of the most famous books written by Confucius is ‘The Analects’. Probably who has ever read something spiritual, might have cross by it. Sometimes, translation goes wrong or its interpretation from the original texts misguides or remains unclear to readers. Hence, people look to learn author’s mother tongue to understand his personality, life, views and sayings through his books.
Confucius is not different. To understand his wisdom and grasp his notion, learning Mandarin is a perfect idea. Nothing beats originality. And, learning a new language gives you wings to see the world from completely new perspective.

Analects of Confucius is believed to be compiled by his followers who brought confuciusim to life and decided to write down the ideas, his beliefs etc. in a book for newer generations to come and read.
Because of his classics views on life, he is regarded as an important figure and a historical individual. To understand him in a clear and precise way, is still under disputes and no right way has found until yet. Chinese learning helps to understand the real meaning of his saying and to interpret according to own understanding.
“I hear and I forget. I see and I remember. I do and I understand.”
Above saying is true in every way. Understand him is not an easy thing and needs lots of understanding about his personal life’s perspective and that is found in his book written in Chinese dialect.
Probably you are thinking why learning the Chinese language is important when you are getting access to his books in your language? That's like seeing the moon from your home and feeling how it would feel to walk on its surface, when it’s completely different than actually going there and experiencing it. Your views would fall flat after experiencing it in reality. That's life and that's what Confucius taught.
To understand anything in life, you have to do it. When you do, you understand and you gain wisdom. Confucius travelled miles from one feudal state to another and had spread his ideas to change the society. If he were alive, he would be happy seeing his long follower base.
