Science Alert reports that delivering Internet connections through the drones will be much faster than that of wireless companies. It is an ambitious plan, indeed.  

Google is truly making an innovative move with these new drones. Science Alert states, “the project aims to take advantage of high frequency millimetre waves - a specific region on the electromagnetic spectrum that can theoretically transmit data far more efficiently than the frequencies our phones and wireless Internet have well and truly clogged up.”
