So Many Questions Surround Health & Wellness

Image There is so much information out there that can so confusing about what to do to improve your health. I too have been confused for many years. I have tried different foods, low fat diets, low carbohydrate diets, high protein diets and so on to help me improve my performance in sport and my everyday general wellbeing.

Another thing that is really confusing is that one minute you get told that certain foods are good for you but the in the next breath you get told that they are not good for you. So you think what do I do where do I go? What is right? What is not right?

That was my problem I was trying everything. Even with drinks, I don’t drink alcohol so that wasn’t an issue for me but I was bored with water so I thought I would have diet drinks, like diet cordial. I thought yeah, next to no calories, not a problem. But what I found was that even though it doesn’t have much in the way in calories, it had artificial chemicals in it!!!!

Did you know that the body can’t process artificial chemicals?

We are not designed to process artificial chemicals.

Therefore it is a TOXIN!

One of the many toxins that we put in our body. There are plenty more toxins like pollution, herbicides, insecticides, chemicals we rub into our skin and so on.

So how do we cope with so many pollutants in the atmosphere, chemicals we put in our body, artificial and gentically modified products we consume ?????

The Answer is CLEANSE! CLEANSE! CLEANSE!

I know what you are thinking, I was the same, it is ‘Oh my god, I can only drink water and I have to starve my body for days on end, plus I can’t go too far away from the toilet’! Well I can reassure you that it is not that way at all.

For many centuries and in many cultures it has always been known that cleansing and replenishing the body was vital to maintaining great health and quality of life.

You only have the one body and you want it to last a lifetime! I know I want it to last as long as possible and as healthy as possible.

A question I have for you is….. we are living longer correct? But are we living better?

Have a look around you, people are sick, there is so much disease around, people are so so overweight surely it has to make you think that it is to do with what you put in your body?   I know I question it all the time!Look at the rise of diabetes each year in Australia and United States especially. It is all food related.

My personal opinion is that it is definitely what you put in your mouth. Yes there are some genetics involved that can cause illnesses but I know that I am going to make sure that I am going to stay as healthy as I can for te rest of my life so that I can combat anything that is thrown my way.
