Mozilla Firefox is a widely used software browser platform. It has provided the users with various functions and fast processing speed. Therefore, to troubleshoot it, here are some of the steps which the user can follow.

Troubleshooting Firefox speed issues

When the user faces situations where Firefox is slow, loading pages becomes difficult. Hence the steps involved in the process are:

Step1

The user should enable private browsing. It allows them to browse the data in secret. This makes space in the cache memory. Go to Firefox - preference - privacy - "never remember history." Also, the user should delete the remaining data which is in the current history.

Step2

The user can enable HTTP cache. The user can type "about: config" in the address bar. Enter "browser.cache.use" in the search bar. Double tap on the 0 option and change the value to 1.

Step3

Now refresh the Firefox browser and minimize the memory usage. Open a new tab and enter "about: memory" in the address bar and then tap on "Minimize memory usage."

Step4

Enable Pipeline. It would allow the browser to send multiple requests to a server. Type "about: config" in the address bar. Double tap on "network.http. Pipelining" and set the value to true.  Double tap on "network.http.proxy.pipelining" and set the value as true.

Step5

The user can block all the flash objects. These flash objects such as animations and multimedia slow down the speed of the system.

These are some of the ways by which the user can conquer the issue of Firefox being slow on the system. If the user still has issues regarding the same, then they can contact the helpline number of Mozilla Firefox support phone number. The professionals would help the user with fixes and aid.
