Simple Guide On Formatting Your Paper in APA Style

Most research papers apply the APA (American Psychological Association) style while others may take other writing formats. There are several other widely accepted formatting styles but whichever you apply depends on your institution of learning. Plan your paper

Margins

Title page

Write your title using both upper case and lower case letters with the first letter being uppercase and the rest lowercase. Make sure it remains less than 12 words long and free of useless acronyms.

Abstract

Main body

Conclude your paper

References

Includes all the sources cited in your text and can be generated automatically to appear on its own page. The term references’ is supposed to be at the top center of that page. Appendices
