Sildenafil Citrate 100 mg show its maximum absorption and effect up to 90 to 120 minutes and when taken after the meal the absorption decreases, as well as the tenure of its effect, also get decreased to 60 minutes.

From a study, it has been found that sildenafil 100 mg is more effective over sildenafil 50 mg.
