We believe that it must be equitable while it can take each position basing on the difference of employees's department and working goals. Thus, when their salary and rewards can be relevant to their commission, the incentive of the efficiency of their sale can be greatly maximized. However, some enterprises too emphasize the right of top management even tie top their salary to stock price. It's not fair to other employees'. An outstanding rewards program should have appropriate structure in rewards program and consider the benefits in most of the aspects.

There are many other solutions in rewards program. For example, when your employees make a great progress or make important contribution to the enterprise, you can hold a victory party for them. Offer them a chance to display and share the way to get success among other employees. You employee will remember this party forever and make more efforts to get further success. Besides, it is a very good way to inspire other employees. If the employee have made a great program or get a good mark in the training, it is advised to give them some certification and praise in public. When the courses finished, talk to them again and listen what they have learned in the courses.You are better to guide them how to apply these knowledge and skills in their practical work.
