Siddharth Vihar Yojna in Ghaziabad by UPAVP: In the month of July, Uttar Pradesh Awas Vikas Parishabd has launched two new housing schemes for all segments of the society. On 20 July, UPAVP has launched Mandola Vihar Yojna in Ghaziabad and on the same day registration for the scheme were opened.

After one week of the launch of Mandola Vihar Yojna, the authority has launched another housing scheme in the same city Ghaziabad named as Siddharth Vihar Yojna. The scheme is launched with the broad variety of flats, under the scheme the authority has offering 1BHK, 2BHK, 3BHK & 4BHK flats. Apart from these housing units the authority has also offering pent houses in this scheme.

These units are available in 20 storey building and the project is located at Delhi-Lucknow National Highway-24. In the scheme, UP Awas Vikas Parishad is offering 589 flats for all segments.

The flats are available in all three building, Hindon Apartments, Yamuna Apartments, Ganga Apartments while pent houses are available in only Yamuna Apartments, Ganga Apartments.

The scheme has been launched but the applicants are still waiting for registration, the registration for the scheme will be started on 27 July 2015. The authority has offering both online and offline modes of registration and applicants can their convenient option.
