A Share is a legal document relesed by the company which entitles that the holder of that share is to be one of the owners of the company. Share can be taken by two ways either the shares issued by a company or can be purchased from the stock market. If you are owning a share of a company then you can earn a portion and by selling those shares you get profit from the share market and this makes gives you return as dividend plus the capital gain. However, you also run a risk of making a capital loss if you have sold the share at a price below your buying price.

The share price, position and volume of the company's share shows the investors lookout about the stock. The share market forms of company and market news. The share trading companies are required to report quarterly on their financial status and earnings.
