There are a series of processes required to start a soybean oil pressing plant.

Seed Cleaner

To ensure that the soybean oil produced is of high quality, the soybean is first thoroughly cleaned in a seed cleaner. It removes dirt, rocks, and all other impurities that may degrade the quality of soybean oil. The soybean is de-resolved to remove its hull. These hulls can absorb oil and reduce the total yield of oil. Therefore their separation is necessary.

Cooking Machine

To increase the yield of soybean oil, a cooking kettle is used to adjust the moisture content so that a large amount of moisture does not affect the quality and quantity of the oil.

Soybean Oil Press

Soybean oil press is an important machine used in small to large soybean oil plants. Processed and cleaned soybean oil is fed into the pressing machine. In the pressing chamber, soybeans are pressed with the help of a pressing ring and worm pressing. Crude oil starts coming out of the soybean due to pressure.

Oil filter machine

The soybean oil produced in the above phase is in its crude form. It must be properly filtered to remove all organic impurities from the crude oil. For this purpose, an oil filter machine is used. It filters crude oil and separates fatty acids and other volatile compounds that can produce a bad odor and affect the quality of soybean oil.
