When you decide to start a business and need it to grow you must also have the ideas and solutions to save up on capital so that it can be put to a more productive use. While saving money is important, buying things that aid the daily working is also necessary so that the office can be run smoothly and without any glitches. However, it should not mean that the entire treasury is emptied on buying things for the office; here are a few ways in which you can save up a few bucks:

Use the used: When you are just starting off, you may not spend all your time in the office, which means that you may not need brand new furniture for the office space. You can choose to buy second hand furniture from reliable sources. If you look in the right places you may be able to find some really good stuff that is used but in excellent condition.

Hire small: If you decide to rent a place to build your office, make sure you rent a space that is sufficient for your use. A very big office may mean larger electric bills and higher maintenance costs. A space that is apt for your need may prove to be a good start and growing is always an open option if you decide to expand your venture.

Multi-tasking: You can cut down on costs by hiring limited amount of staff and getting people on board who may be ready to don many hats. You yourself should be open to being the office help as well as the CEO if you want to see yourself growing.

Machines on hire: instead of buying infrastructure such as machines for printing and fax etc. it is wiser to hire them and pay a rent. This would be able to ensure a cut on costs and also give you a chance to try out the technological system that suits your work the best.
