Many people are suffering from diabetes , and how to relieve the pain, read the following steps steps which helps you to control the diabetes by yourself.

Important Tips:
• Constantly check for the high or low glucose levels.
• Learn how to measure glucose levels present in the blood and check it regularly. The equipment used to check this is the home blood glucose meter, which enables you to measure your blood sugar levels and control your insulin dose.
• Try to follow your diet as carefully as possible.
• Learn how to give yourself insulin injections.
• Always carry glucose for the treatment of hypoglycemia (low blood glucose). 
• See your doctor on a regular basis to evaluate your blood glucose levels, carry out check-ups on your eyes, kidneys and feet, and check for any late stage diabetic symptoms.
• See your doctor early on if you become ill because it may cause your diabetes to become unstable.
• Note down glucose levels in a 'diabetes diary', which you can then discuss with your doctor. 

Be More Active: You should incorporate more activity into your everyday lifestyle so that you become fitter in a sustainable way.

Eat Healthily: Intake the healthier food as much as possible. This is to maintain the constant blood glucose (sugar) level in your body. The foods such as fish, lean meat, poultry, eggs, vegetables (go easy on root vegetables ,egg, potatoes, carrots, parsnip, beetroot), fruit (berry fruits are the best), nuts and seeds is good for your health. Try to avoid high glycemic carbohydrates in your intake. Try to avoid sweets or the food containing too much sugar. You may take or eat brown rice, brown pasta, whole grain bread, in small quantities.

Notice blood sugar:
To maintain your blood sugar levels constant, you should eat small frequent meals, avoiding binges, and not skipping any meals. You should have breakfast, a mid-morning snack, lunch, mid-afternoon snack, evening meal, mid-evening snack. All foods should be in small quantities, with as much variety as possible. High glycemic carbs should be in only tiny quantities if at all.
