This is a scoring section and most of the students rely on it for gaining maximum marks. Hence, paying attention to this topic can help in covering up the marks that one might not be able to score in weaker or less coring topics. The questions in this section are scoring because most of them can be completed in less time. They require more of thinking skills and less of pen paper solving like aptitude questions and this saves time. With appropriate direction and sufficient practice, one can get full marks in General Intelligence and Reasoning.

Topics that need to be focused upon - Problem Solving, Semantic Series, Semantic Analogy, Semantic Classification, Coding and de-coding, Symbolic/Number Analogy, Symbolic/Number Classification, Venn Diagrams, Water Images, Mirror Image, Number Series and Figural Pattern – collapsing and consummation.

On must get an idea of the time taken to solve a problem but just looking at it.
