Rakesh K Srivastava (Ph.D., FRSM, FRSPH) is a name to reckon with when it comes to academics, research and medicine. If we look at Dr. Srivastava’s journey, we realize what makes him into this gigantic inspirational professor and scientist who we all know today. Dr. Srivastava did his M.Sc. from Memorial University of Newfoundland, St. John’s, Newfoundland, Canada. He later pursued a Ph.D. from University of Guelph, Ontario, Canada. He was awarded a Postdoctoral Fellowship at the National Institutes of Health, Bethesda, MD. He subsequently went on to pursue a prestigious fellowship at the US National Academy of Sciences.  After that Dr. Srivastava started his journey where he dedicated his life in teaching, service and research.
