School Uniform Is The Most Special Thing About The School

Ask somebody about his or her school days and the first thing you would come to know is about the school uniform. This is what is most special about school days, a uniform. As a child, we all must have hated the idea of wearing the same uniform to the school every day but as we grew up, we started knowing the significance of a uniform. So, a shirt, tie and blazer may not be the ingredients for anybody’s favourite outfit, but if I were given the choice, I wouldn't throw away the idea of a school uniform. Wearing a uniform is a badge of pride, creates an identity for a school and is an important part of being a school student. And this is what we all have realized today. Uniforms show that we are part of an organisation and wearing it says that we are all together.

I remember my school days, around 25 years back, when every school uniform was either in black, blue, green or red colour. But if you see the school uniforms in Delhi NCR in today’s time, you would see much more colours along with many more styling and detailing. In fact, this change was a long due. As I mentioned earlier that many of us were bored of wearing the same uniform to the school every day, it was also because of the fact that our uniforms were not very interesting. But today, the school uniforms are much smarted than before. In fact, at times, you can wear them besides school. Isn’t that a great compliment for a school uniform in denim fabric and so? The school uniforms are no ore childish. They are more formal as they inculcate the habit of dressing smarty and formally in children and prepare them for future work culture. A school uniform teaches students to dress smartly and take pride in their appearance. It helps students to prepare for when they leave school when it is required to dress smartly or wear a uniform.

We may go on and on discussing the benefits of school uniforms as there is not one but plenty of reasons why schools have a uniform policy in place. Schools that don’t agree with this uniform philosophy have their own points that are correct to some extent. However, the old age philosophy of school uniforms is one that is largely prevalent for good.
