3. have interest in buying.
4. environmentally friendly.
5. products are always prepared and ready stock
6. other supporters of the marketed products (readiness spares are always ready).
7. on time in service.
8. an affordable price.
9. promotion of sustainable development.
but all of the criteria (above) can not mean (at all) if not done a sales system that is able to make buyers tempted (to) buy the product being marketed, because all the above criteria are normative and all sellers certainly know and implement. for that additional strategies are needed in order to conduct the competition is always in a favorable position, both the sellers and the buyers especially. strategy called "sales of lucrative buyers / consumers system". this strategy is the focus point:
1. provide maximum services to the "buyer" as "servants" who serve "a king".
2. anticipate the atmosphere so that the buyers as though they were in their own homes.
3. interaction / communication in which "the seller acts as a host" and "buyers acting as a guest".
all done with sincerity, because attitudes are not sincere will appear with the naked eye from the body language service providers and if it happens then the buyer will switch to other sellers
education and traning is necessary so that it will obtain the maximum results and benefits can be obtained. good luck
