Saffron Educational Trust had the same dream in their eyes  to start a  unique educational institution to blend the beauty of traditional cultural values and the latest in teaching aids and methodology to optimize learning, open young minds and empower them  to become global citizens, who stand tall and live with courage and conviction, carving a niche for themselves wherever they go. We feel gratified that all these years, the school has successfully prepared its children to enjoy and excel both in the inside and outside classroom where a  child  explores and develops every facet of himself / herself, enabling him/her to realize the  true potential. Shaping young minds into able individuals and responsible citizens of tomorrow is the prime task of meaningful schooling. All thanks to the trust as well as the advisory board Mr. Sandeep Malhotra, IT Advisor USA, Mr. Ivan Kreshner, Facilitator, South California School, USA & Mrs. Frances Pattra, Sydney, Australia for their most valuable& reliable guidance & interest for the noble cause, Education & for their hard toiling for the school’s upliftment. Saffron being a technology based  school has also taken initiative of introducing international Montessori curriculum Intellisis for Kindergarten students. Educomp Smart Classes Technology has empowered teachers in their teaching learning process. Now we also have smart class online- a comprehensive one-step portal catering to the educational requirements of  K – 12 students. They are free to enhance learning at their homes too. We are successfully running collaborative education global projects with Cedar High School Williamston, South Carolina & Orange County Schools, Orlando & U.K. Schools. Saffron has also made collaboration with Stow college, Glasgow  UK & Medicine Hat College, Canada to explore international standards of education as well as catering to international curriculum & understanding the world outside. By recognizing the status of the school delegation comprises of school managing committee visited North Light School, Singapore on an invitation extended by Ministery of Education, Singapore. Through International student Exchange Programme, two International students- Nolin Gabreille from Paris & Gus from Washington D.C had come to Saffron to explore the culture of India.  

It was moment of proud for everyone connected with Saffron when our student Umesh Bakshi , XI Science was  selected among five other students from International schools for Japanese Government Scholarship programme  for 25 days stay programme in Japan under International Student Exchange Program.

Delegation from Comptom School UK, Medicine Hat College, Canada & Stow College, Glasgow UK  visited Saffron and interacted with teachers and students  for their joint educational ventures. We are also an active member of British Council Global Schools Union. The school is equipped with International Level Digital Language Lab with state of the art, attractive & well designed surroundings. Saffron’s Kindergarten is really a child’s dreamland providing rich learning material & scope for holistic development. Having as many practical labs as per the CBSE specifications for different subjects the school is preparing its children for various competitive Examinations.

The matriculation result was excellent & Rajbir Kaur of XII Science secured 1st position in District Kapurthala in CBSE board exam, 2010. The school is in process for an international educational visit to England in coming summers. Other than this school has become a part of children rights activities & made a mark at the national & international level with exchange programme & service projects. School  also has membership of “International Award for Young People”  to promote global vision. The school has international level Sports facility like Lawn Tennis Court, Basket Ball Court, Table Soccer, Football, Tae-k-wondo etc. Every year school students are bringing laurels to school by winning tournaments at national and international levels.

Our students are achieving positions at State, National & International Level Compt. Interactive and  Educational visits mapped with syllabus  are planned for the students to promote their learning experience. Last year a group of students got chance to have an audience with the first lady of the country Her Excellency  Smt. Pratibha Devi Singh Patil & this year another delegation comprises of group of students and teachers  had audience visit  with General Secretary AICC and Member of Parliament Hon’ble  Rahul Gandhi which gave an everlasting memory to them which will go long way in shaping their future . In an another visit, a group of students & teachers witnessed budget session of the Parliament in March 2010 at New Delhi and interacted with renowned politicians over there. The Saffron Management went through an interactive meeting with Mr. C.N. Satyanathan, Additional Director, BPST, Parliament of India. In its another venture, Saffron joined hands with Nanhi Chhaan Foundation thus protecting the environment as well as raising voice against female foeticide. We  are also the member of Green School, Centre of Science & Environment, Govt. of India to launch campaign of Go Green Program.
