Kegels exercises are a real method to get harder erections and an effective way to enlarge your penis as well. Here some routines of kegels exercises that you can easily do to improve not only your size and sexual performance but your prostate and penis health.

Jelq- kegels Routine 1

During at least 2 evacuations of urine a day, it will be useful to exercise the PC Muscle. After releasing urine suspend the flow voluntarily restraining it for 5 to 10 seconds. and then release it again. Repeat this exercise 5 times and you do it during 2 evacuations a day, you will have made 10 kegels a dayusing evacuation of urine.

Jelq- Kegels Routine 2

Sitting while you drive, in your office, while you wait, while you talk, or simply in any moment you consider to be suitable. Contract the PC muscle as strong as you can, then release and repeat again to a speed of 20 squeezes per minute, the speed which you contracts and then release must be the same. Do the Penis Enlargement  exercise for 5 minutes in the morning and 5 minutes in the evening achieving this way approximately a total of 200 kegels day. You will know that you are doing it well if you feel that the anus rises a bit together with a slight retraction of the penis whenever you contract.

Contracts the PC muscle as tightly as you can, when you decide that is not possible to tighten more, keep it pressed the congest time possible, then release it and repeat the exercise 10 times per day continuously. Once you begin the first repetition do not stop, continuing up to 10 repetitions.

Jelq-Kegels Routine 4

Same as routine 3, the difference is that you must squeeze slowly and steadily up to the point in which it feels that it is not possible to press more, maintain it for the congest time you can and then release very slowly at the same speed you contracted. Repeat the exercise 10 times a day in a continuous way, once you begin; do not stop, continue up to 10 repetitions, and if you can not do 10 it does not matter, do as many as you can and train day after day up to achieving 10 or more repetitions.

With these 4 routines you will have done approximately 150 kegels per day; the goal must be to reach about 500 kegels per day. The ideal thing is to do these training routines all your life. You can rest 1 or 2 days a week if you prefer, but anyway you will see results in a few months.

The exercises to strengthen the PC muscle are recommended by urologists to treat problems of premature ejaculation, urinary incontinence, to anticipate problems of prostate in the future, to keep it in good condition and also to increase the firmness of erections.
