Rotary Pre-Made Pouch Packaging Machine for Vacuum Pouch Packing of Foods

High-Performance Rotary Vacuum Premade Pouch Packaging Machines fill, vacuum, and seal pre-made pouches in one automatic process. Rotary vacuum pouch packaging machines are high-speed machines and suitable for high-speed vacuum pouch packing (flexible canning) of fish, poultry, meat, grains, and other food items. The vacuum process at the end makes 99.9% vacuum inside the pouch and keeps perishable food items fresh for a long time.  Rotary vacuum machines are compact automatic machines and have a space-saving design. This machine can fill and seal stand-up Daypacks, flatpacks, or four-side sealed bags with or without zippers, spout pouches for liquid filling, etc. Rotary vacuum machines are widely used nowadays and replacing the tin canned food items with retort packaging that is also known as flexible cans.

 

The state-of-the-art machine consists of two rotating columns with eight to sixteen stations in each one consecutively depending on the machine model and bag size. The first rotating column is for loading, opening, and filling the bags and the second column is for vacuuming and sealing the bags. After the vacuum and sealing operation, the complete bag is delivered to the output conveyor. Rotary vacuum packing machines are continuous type packaging machine unlike other types of vacuum packaging technologies like vacuum thermoforming and offers high productivity and throughput within limited space and budget. This machine has advanced sealing temperature control under HMI control and has remote diagnostics and troubleshooting capability from the machine manufacturer and servicing team which greatly reduces machine downtime.
