What is the cause behind roof leakages?

This is basically a preventive method, and it can be subdivided into two categories based upon the type of floor hardener used.

Metallic floor hardener 

This type of hardeners contain metallic compounds for increased strength and durability to be imparted to the roofs. This particular formula is mostly used for building roofs which are meant to withstand huge load capacity and also to fight back the weathering agents for a longer period of time. 

Non oxidised metallic floor hardener

If the matter of concern is primarily dealing with high moisture content and rain as the primary sources of weathering, then this waterproofing method can be considered as the ideal one.

Non metallic floor hardener 

similar to the metallic hardeners, this particular kind is also versatile and the only difference is that they do not contain metallic compounds. However, they are quite heat and water resistant.
