Remrise Sleep Supplement Review
by Sleep Sherpa Sleep ExpertRemrise is a subscription-based sleep supplement company that provides a proprietary mixture of supplements to be taken daily about an hour before going to sleep. What’s different about Remrise is that your blend of supplements is formulated based on a quiz that you take on their website. Depending on your answers from the questionnaire you will be given a specific sets of packets. I took advantage of the 7-day trial to see how it would affect my sleep. Below are my findings.
Ordering your Remrise Supplements
You can order Remrise directly through their website. I was glad that I could take advantage of a 7-day trial which gives you plenty of time to decide is its going to work for you or not. Just make sure you cancel your subscription before the 7 days so that you don’t get billed for an entire month.
Your supplements will arrive in a box like the one below. Like most online direct to consumer startups, the packaging looks great and it was fun to open.
Inside you will find your supplements and an instruction manual.
My sleep profile is, “Worn Out” and so a special mix of supplements was sent to address that profile based on the questionnaire from the website.
My week’s worth of supplements were packed in a separate box.
Remrise Ingredients
Remrise lists all the ingredients on their website. They are a blend of western and eastern supplements but it wasn’t clear to me what the dosages of each are.

My Remrise Findings
What intrigued me about this company is that they don’t have a one size fits all model. They understand sleep issues are not all the same and they try and take a more personalized approach. The sleep quiz that they have asks interesting questions that made me think about my sleep more critically. For instance, one of the questions asked if I got in the afternoon or more towards the evening. Depending on your answer, you could have a completely different sleep profile according to Remrise.
Remrise worked for me the first night. You are advised to take it about an hour before bed so that the ingredients can get into your system. Each packet contains 4 pills like the ones below.
They are slightly on the larger side so if you don’t like swallowing pills, this may not be the solution for you. I didn’t have any issue with it and as directed I took them an hour before bed. By the 3rd night, I started taking them about 90 minutes before bed because it took a bit longer for me to feel the effect.
I slept well with Remrise and I did wake up a little groggy but after my morning coffee, I was just fine. I found Remrise to be more effective than my typical sleep aid, Melatonin. Melatonin is great for helping you fall asleep but chances are you will wake up within a few hours if you aren’t that sleepy and may have trouble getting back to sleep. With Remrise, I was able to stay asleep all night. I still had to get up to use the bathroom at night but I was able to fall asleep soon after getting back to bed.
Each night you are given a different formulation of supplements so that you don’t build up a tolerance. To me, this shows that they really put some thought into the product and made a good effort at a tailored program that will be effective each night you take it.
A monthly subscription is about $60 which is pretty expensive for supplements. That’s why I would urge you to take the 7-day trial to see if it is significantly better than any supplements you currently use or if it gives you significantly better sleep, and if so, then it’s probably worth the subscription.
In conclusion, Remrise is a sophisticated take on sleep supplements and I think they are worth considering for people that aren’t responding to other over the counter sleep supplements currently available.
