Registration Process of Management Aptitude Test

Management Aptitude Test (MAT) is a standardized test being organized since 1988 to simplify and promote the Business Schools (B-Schools) for screening candidates for admission to MBA and allied programs. Government of India in collaboration with Ministry of Human Resource Development approved Management Aptitude Test as a national level test in 2003. Any B-School let it be national or international can take in consideration Management Aptitude Test Score as a basis of admission with the help of Score Cards issued to the candidates.

Mode of Test

Candidates have to choose any one of the two options to take the test, which could be-

·         Paper based Test

·         Computer based Test

Date of Test

Paper based Test will be conducted on 4^th December, 2016

Computer-Based Test will be conducted on 10^th December, 2016

Eligibility

·         Graduate Candidates of any discipline are eligible for this test.

·         Final year students of Graduate Courses can also apply and are eligible for test.

How to apply

Candidates have to choose any one of the given modes to apply for the test-

Candidates have to register online at website link: http://apps.aima.in/matdec16 with the help of Credit Card/Debit Card for the payment.

Or

Candidates can register online at website link: http://apps.aima.in/matdec16 by making payment of fees of Rs.1200 through Net Banking.

Or

Candidate can apply for the test and for payment they have to obtain crossed Demand Draft (of Rs 1200in favor of 'All India Management Association' which ispayable at Delhi from any Bank and after that register online at website link: http://apps.aima.in/matdec16 along with the details of DD.

Or

Candidates have to get OMR Registration Form with Management Aptitude Testnotification against cash payment of fees of Rs 1200/- from AIMA, New Delhi.

Important dates to apply

·         For candidates who have completed their Online MAT Registration by

·         Uploading scanned copy of photograph,

·         Uploading scanned copy of signature, and

·         Making the Online payment

·         Last Date for Online Registration is 22^nd November 2016 (Tuesday)

Acknowledgement of Forms

All Forms received at AIMA are scanned and validated within 5 days and the Form Numbers of such received forms will be made available on website link: http://apps.aima.in/mat_reciept.aspx. Further, your form is examined and if found appropriate; it is conditionally enrolled. 
Management Aptitude Test Registration Form is declared after the last date it is bound to be rejected. No correspondence in regard to this will be looked after and no fees will be refunded.

Admit Card

All conditionally registered candidates both from the Paper Based and Computer Based Test can download their Admit Card from the sanctioned website on or after 26^thNovember 2016 which falls on Saturday.

Admit Card is issued both for the candidates who have opted for Paper Based Test and for Computer Based Test. Admit Card comprises of Name of the Candidate, Form No, Roll No, Test Date and Time and Venue. Candidates have to strictly follow the date and the time appropriated to him/her in case of Computer Based Test.
