Almost 70-75% of peoples are directly suffering from anxiety, mental pressures, unnoticed depression due to multiple reasons (unhealthy lifestyle, lack of body movement, less social relationships, no family connections, unsatisfactory jobs). This even increased in worldwide lockdown. As the days are passing people are losing more focus.


One of the main reasons behind all is people are lacking real goals. They do not have any desired goals.


In my previous article, I have already explained methods to make the mind calmer. In this article, we will discuss meditation.


It is still questionable that meditation is evolutionary or perpetual but whatever it is it helps. It helps the mind to go back in its natural state. Anything in its natural state works more efficiently as compared to the other work culture. Meditation is mental bathing.
