Reem Acra Designs Dream Wedding Dresses for Jennifer Aniston
This stunning cocktail design by La Femme 16501 is dazzlingly simple. The one-shoulder look sets an asymmetric slant repeated by dozens of diagonal figure-fitting tucks across the bodice, waist, and hips. A sprinkling of neckline sequins adds sophisticated sparkle.
We’ve already discussed Jennifer Aniston‘s potential wedding gown silhouettes, but designer Reem Acra took the conversation a step further this week, designing fantastically gorgeous (and hypothetical) gowns for the newly minted bride-to-be.
Acra, who’s designed wedding gowns for stars like LeAnn Rimes and Jenna Dewan-Tatum, sketched two One Shoulder Saphire Royal Blue Formal Dresses La Femme 16501 for Aniston at PEOPLE’s request: one more princess-like, fitted to the waist and finished with an elaborate skirt (left), and another that’s glimmering and form-fitting with a complementary veil (right).
When Aniston married Brad Pitt in 2000, the actress went somewhat simple, choosing a form-fitting, beaded gown by designer Lawrence Steele. She kept the touches — a veil and jewelry — traditional.
The designer calls the actress “the epitome of effortless beauty” — and we know she’d look even more beautiful in either of these elegant gowns.
