Plastic is one of the useful thing nowadays and it come into existence during 1950. Now the question arise over here is the plastic, we use frequently is the safe and don’t pose any serious problem? The material is used for many purposes and for many industries like construction, packaging, and disposal as well as storage purposes. This material is a part of our everyday life almost our every activity, plastic is included.  But it is also known that it poses serious threat to the environment because it is not a biodegradable and hence it is not easily dispose. Polymer is made up of chemical which is not bio degradable and emits harmful gas that harms the atmosphere and depletes ozone layer. And hence the need for recycling is required.

Recycling or reprocess is a technique in which waste and used materials are processed again to make new products. But it is to remember that we cannot recycle all types of materials even all sorts are plastic is not recycled. But in compare to other things like metal, glass, reprocessing of polymer is a complex process. This is because the high molecular value and the big chains and this make it complex. In this process different types of polymer cannot be mixed together to form the new product.  Recycling gives lots of advantages like:

• The reprocessing requires less fuel and hence the utilization of non renewable fossil fuels is decreased.
• Power and energy is also saved as the already manufactured product take less energy to develop.
• Reprocessing increase the landfill space, it helps in controlling land pollution.
• It is also reduces the carbon release as the new manufactured products emits more carbon.

In the inverse polymerization procedure polymers are converted into previous monomers used in the initial level of manufacturing. And then these polymers are then fused to manufacture new and useable products. One of the main advantages of this process is it can be used for mix polymers.
