North Face Denali jackets: Handle It With Care

How To Take Care Of Jacket

Spray: Revivex and Techron are two sprays that you can use to form a protective coating over the coat. Such spray acts as a protective guard spray. You can repeat this step even after the third wash. It will help to retain the fabric shield in your coat.

Wash Technique: Always use cold water to wash your North Face Denali jackets. All the snaps and zippers are secure this way. Cold water is best and coat will retain its quality. It is also advised to use soap power while washing in the machine.  However, do not add liquid cloth softener as it may harm the clothing material.  

Dry Technique: Use dryer to dry the coat. The heat produced from the dryer assist in activating the saline spray, which protects the water-resistant stuff in the coat. However, you should not use the dryer sheet in the washing machine as it can degrade the water-resistant and protective spray feature present in the jacket.

Storage: During the off-season, store the North Face Denali jacket in the dust free area. It keep the coat free from moths and carpet beetles. Coat covers should be made by using thick fiber twill. It should also have full zipper that gives the best protection.

Other Considerations

·         Always use cold water with mild powder soap.

·         Turned the coat from inside before washing.

·         Do not wash it along with other cloths as lint from fabric of other cloths, may stick with the coat.

·         Hang the coat in shadow.

·         Always use the towel rack in place of hanger to dry these coats. It will help the jacket to retain the original shape.

·         In the off season store the coat in dresser drawer only. It helps coat to avoid lint and dust.

·         Storing in a dressing drawer protects it from insects as well.

·         Keep it separate from the other clothing to protect it from lint.
