RBI Grade B Officer Salary | Job Description, Benefits, and Promotion

The exam is administered by the Reserve Bank of India to hire Grade B officers who operate at the RBI's management level. Phase I (prelims), Phase II (main), & Phase III (final interview) are the 3 stages of the exam. Applicants who are chosen after the assessment are designated the RBI Grade B officer profile.


Instead of choosing to join, candidates must serve a two-year probationary period, which can be extended up to four years at the bank's choice. Furthermore, the selected candidates may be assigned to any location in India.
