You must log in to quicken with quick ID to securely access your quick files. If you forget your Quicken ID password and are seeing "Hmm" error then simply follow these steps to move forward and run.
To reset your quick ID password:
On the Quicken ID sign-in screen, below the sign-in prompt, click I forgot my password.
Enter your Quicken ID and then click Send.
After this, enter the 6-digit verification code and a new password. Then click on Send.
Important: If you do not receive the code, try selecting a different distribution method. The default method is a text message, but you can select me an email.
After returning to the login screen, enter a new password and click on quicken Login.
Note: If there are too many failed attempts, you will temporarily avoid logging in. Please wait for a few minutes and try again later.
To reset your password for the fast data file:
If you request a message for a quicken password (like the image below), this quicken identification is different from the password. The quicken password request refers to the password of the data file.
