One of the Most Famous Time Management Method – Getting Things Done
Lots of people are looking for the most effective time management method for them. However, they are always dazzled by various time management books, methods and even software programs. Compared with pomodoro time management methods and others, I prefer GTD (Getting Things Done) method that is put forward by David Allen. Not for it is famous all around the world but it does help me a lot in time management. Firstly of all, I can empty my brain and write down all my tasks on a notebook or gtd tool. To organize to do lists only takes me several minutes a day but makes great contribution in improving work efficiency later. Then, I need finish my tasks one by one and track the tasks progress as well. If I finish one, I will mark it with a tick so that I can “ignore” it forever. Lastly, it is necessary to review them to guarantee work quality.
Admittedly, GTD time management method works well for me and saves me a lot of time! Many thanks to GTD!
