Cooking in gas oven is a matter of last decade as induction cook top is replacing them with its advance features. Why this appliance is superior to traditional gas ovens? Have a look-

2) Safety-
It is one of the most important features of induction cooker. As the device doesn’t     produce any open flame, it is much safer than the old gas ovens. If you have           children around, they tend to look what is cooking and meet accidents. With             induction, you don’t have such risk. If by chance, they touch the cook top while it       is on, they won’t burn their fingers.
3) Energy Saving-
Induction cook top saves 70% energy than the conventional gas oven. As the           device doesn’t get heated and transfer the heat to pot, energy wastage is                 minimum here. The heat it produces is used for cooking.
4) Easy-to-Clean-
You know how irritating it is to remove the food stains from gas ovens. With an         induction cook top, you are free from such cleaning hazards. As the cook top             doesn’t get heated, foods don’t get baked, if spilled. Just take a moist and soft           cloth and wipe the cook top. You’re done with cleaning.
5) Easy-to-Install-
Inductions are much smaller than gas ovens and they take little place to keep. If      you have a small and cozy kitchen, induction cook top can be the best choice for        you. Also this appliance has sleek look for your modern kitchen.

Disadvantages of Induction Cooker

In spite of so many benefits, there are some little drawbacks of induction cooker. So, before buying one, also consider these issues-
1) New Cookware-

2) Power Cut Is a Problem-
Do you live in an area where power cut is a regular problem? Then, depending        only on induction can be disadvantageous. Rather, you can keep both- the gas           oven and the induction.
3) Price-
The cooker itself is pricey than gas ovens. So, it will cost you good amount.
So, these are the pros and cons of induction cooker. The device has so many            benefits that these small problems can be overcome easily.
