Process of PET Plastic Bottle Moulding

To get a finished plastic product there are several steps in which raw plastic material is processed accordingly. The chief process to manufacture a plastic product of any shape is plastic injection moulding. If you need a product in big number, all exactly in size and shape, you need to use plastic injection moulding process. This process has proven to provide outcome with lowest labour and manufacturing costs.

There are a lot of different products that are manufactured in big quantity but probably the most usual product manufactured in a big number is bottles. Plastic bottles are used in many industries, from food products to oil and agriculture industry. Though, these bottles differ in shapes and sizes but these bottles have a high application across the world.

First, PET Preform Mould is made similar to the design required. Then the material is heated and injected into the mould so it takes the shape of mould. Finally, it is cooled and waited to come at normal temperature. After that product is ready as per the design and size.
