TREND WILL WORK:

1) A written work with the contents of the dissertation

2) A dissertation of not more than 20 minutes

3) The dissertation can be supported by power point, but not required

4) Written work must be sent by e mail to other colleagues

5) The dissertation must be recorded in audio to be heard and reviewed by the student

6) All students must make written comments on the strengths and weaknesses of the Dissertation Writers, especially in regard to verbal and physical expression. These comments must be submitted to the student after the lecture.

The structure of the dissertation and written work must be:

I-factual contentions of the parties (IF)

1 - Plaintiff's assertions

2 - Statements (defenses) the defendant

II-PROCEEDINGS

1 - Milestones (e.g., Demand, summons, judgment)

2 - Indication of the evidence submitted by the parties (generic statement)

3 - Resources to be filed, such judgment, legal basis for the appeal, and grounds used where appropriate (e.g. appeal against the final judgment of 1st instance under s. 187 C.P.C)

III. - JUDGMENTS:

1) Synthesis of the content and meaning (welcome or reject the appeal and thus the injunction) Case of 1st instance, the Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court.

2) for costs

IV. - DOCTRINE: Key aspects of the doctrine established in the various faults

V. - personal opinion of the case
