issues contribute most to them. There are numerous factors involved in everyday
problems for the elderly that can affect their physical mental and financial
problems. The change in their physical health affects their mental health in
setting up a mindset. Even your financial condition changes as you age. Old age
is an unavoidable and also undesirable phase. The problems increase after the
age of 65 to 70 in the present world. Be

Physiological problems
The change in body is
often stressful for many individuals and it causes a decline in their physical
strength. The problem in eyesight teeth in slow working affects most especially
if you have hereditary problems. The environmental factor of living diet
malnutrition inadequately raised emotional stress and hormonal problems
contribute to this cause. Problems in the sleeping, weak body system,
especially the digestive system, are more problematic as we age. The proper way
to combat these physiological changes is to regularly visit your doctor and
maintain a routine.
Psychological problems
Mental disorders like
depression, dementia, sclerosis and Alzheimer's are associated with old age. In
all these diseases people have poor memory problems with changes, orientation,
and insomnia. Some people even see delusions and hallucinations cause extreme
depression and aggression in that stage. It becomes quite difficult to
understand themselves and even their loved ones. Some people have many days
with these diseases.
Emotional problems
With the decline in
psychological and mental ability and cognitive function, people may have
problems accepting their judgment. Another problem is the generation gap
between them and their offspring which contributes most to feeling emotionally
unavailable by the people whom they care for their whole life. Another reason
for the emotional effect on the individual is the loss of their spouse. The
feeling of deprivation of dignity, love and importance caused by over-thinking
and loneliness is hazardous in old age. Some people create more problems than
others because of not being the centre of families' social life.
Financial problems
When we start to grow
old we often find ourselves cutting into financial situations. The reason is
that after retirement the amount we earn in our youth goes by almost half.
Financial condition is something that we should maintain on our own. From being
the main breadwinner of a family to becoming dependent on funds you save for
retirement. It requires careful spending. If you are visionary enough to save
more for later then you can stay in peace.
Conclusion
When we are getting old
things like physical deterioration and social isolation are common because of
losing our appearance, spouse, friends and even the financial source of income.
Instead, we get disappointment detection and disease with loneliness which can
contribute to several problems. The better environment and personal well-being
to cope up with these problems later in life.
