Prints are a creation that has to be thanked to by all of us. Life would have become extremely tough if we were not introduced to the ideology of prints. Printed sarees are a favourite among all women. They are the constant love among women.

Sarees are by themselves fashionable attire that is worn only in India and its surrounding countries. The first sarees ever were dated to as long back as the Indus Valley civilisation. Saree in Sanskrit means ‘a strip of cloth’. They were previously worn by the priest and also the men of the society. However, later on, they were adapted wholly by the women.

Plain sarees were never the charm of our women, and they wanted some designs and colour into their attires. Hence, various methods for the designing of the sarees were introduced. The designing of the sarees depends on the taste of the women in the particular region and also the popular artwork in the region. Printed sarees are one of the most ancient types if designing as they are easy and do not need much skilled labour.

Double a number of sarees can be printed at the same time they can be embroidered. This made them extremely popular in the wholesale world. Latest printed sarees are also dependant on time taken for printing, the labour to be used and the equipment to be used. The cost of sarees also varies accordingly. There have been some prints coming into the industry for a long time.

Block prints are one among the oldest designs that were seen on saree. They are simple yet enchanting. These prints are created using a priory created mould. Thus, they are extremely easy to be printed, and they are very reliable for wholesale.

Digital printed sarees are another innovation in the field of sarees. They are suitable for the younger generation and girls who love trendy clothes. They are extremely stylish and new gen. Animal printed sarees are also another type of saree, which is in vogue today. They are mostly printed on crepe or synthetic sarees. They are lightweight and flowy. Sarees nowadays have to be designed in such a way that they are loved by the younger generation too. If we stick on to the old school style of designing sarees, then it is impossible for us to make the generations to come to be addicted to sarees as we are.
