NV Effects LLC is making a tender offer for Elon Musk’s Twitter shares in exchange for a crypto currency to be issued; potentially called Twitter Token.

With the tendering of Mr. Musk’s shares in Twitter, NV Effects LLC, will make similar tender offerings to the remaining shareholders of Twitter.

When the Twitter Token is the standard representation of ownership of Twitter Inc. the crypto currency will trade freely on crypto exchanges.

3. Opportunity for token holders to sell advertising on their unique verified feed.
