Practices and outcomes of best dream team

In dream team all team members must participate in making a successful team. Every team member must value the vision and mission of the team. Individual efforts will connect each other and make a strong team. Team leader is always there to play a major role as he/she has to communicate with all the members and motivate them to achieve the mission of team. Team unity can be achieved by better communication and understanding. A team leader must be able to engage and understand every team member to get a better result.

Knowledge, skills and experience are required to build a stronger team which will definitely achieve success. Core competence of any dreamteam can be stated as skills, knowledge and experience. Simply like core competence of cannon is optics and microelectronics. There is a set criterion for measuring core competence and by following the set criteria.

Core competencies are designed to define the focus point of sharing, learning and applying essential knowledge to attain the goals. Process of learning will start when people will become honest and they will start knowing, implementing and teaching instead of just making an impression of knowledge. A well developed team for the competition must possess people with sound sense of responsibility.

Each team member must know his/her responsibility towards development of team and they must participate in growing core competencies. Number of core competencies should not exceed five according to famous analogy “inch wide and mile deep” instead of “mile wide and inch deep”.  Minimum of three people must participate in setting up core competency. Core competency team must conduct meetings frequently to share their knowledge with the team. This activity can be named as linking and sharing of knowledge.

Team efforts are always made to achieve some outcome and teams with higher preference on knowledge gaining will succeed in finding better results. They reach to their destinations fast as compare to other team with low knowledge preference.

Applying new knowledge could be a risk for many but it will definitely open new paths towards success. Health brains will seek solutions to various problems and will help team in achieving the set goal fast.

Team members play an important role in strengthening the team with their individual skills and expertise, education, experience, and leadership abilities. Every team member has these characteristics to make a winning team. Every member has some special characteristics and they will definitely participate in team success in their own special style.
