2. Mossy Fall-

3.Mussoorie Lake-

4. Lal Tibba-

5. The Mall Road-

This is a place where lazy evenings can be spent very well. It is that particular spot from which you can catch the beautiful Duns (longitudinal valley between Himachal and Shiwalik). This place does not have much but at the end of this road, the rock formation seems like a camel’s hunch hence also the name Camel’s Back Road.

6. Gun Hill-

You have often watched in movies how thrilling the Cable Car rides are. Well here’s the chance Mussoorie’s famous cable car rides is here. Gun Hill is the place where Cable Car rides are an experience in itself.

7. Sir George Everest’s House Museum

Do I need to explain who this person was? Yes, famous Welsh Geographer and explorer Sir George Everest who is claimed to calculate the height of Everest for the first time was so mesmerized by the beauty of Mussoorie that he stayed there for almost three decades. His house is now a Museum. Well, if anything then you can be proud of the fact that Sir Everest and you have something in common and that you both liked Mussoorie too much.

8. Cloud’s End

The endpoint of Mussorie where clouds gush in and give the lone traveler’s feeling. This is the end of Mussoorie and the deodar and oak forest add a sad tone to this place. This is a beautiful place and is a must-visit.
9. Happy Valley- Although Cloud’s End seems to be a sad place howsoever the climax of this very place is the Happy Valley. This is the place that houses the Famous IAS Coaching center which is known all over North India and a Tibetan Temple. Hence, this place is a heaven on Earth.

Visiting Times For Mussoorie

March to June is the ideal time to visit this place. Avoid to visit during monsoon. Monsoon starts after June and it exists till September. If you like snowfall then from last week of October to till mid- Feb is also a good time.
