Phil Newsum: The Success Story

Divers Institute of Technology has been an immensely efficient training institute producing commercial divers in the United States of America. He managed to get a very important contract between the Department of Labor and the ADCI. He kept developing new workforces within the organization and kept creating new measures for improved safety services under the water.

Since Phil Newsum had already handled a big team of workers in ACDI for about 7 months, he had very good idea about how to allot tasks and get things operated properly.
