On April 7th, 2018 a formal letter was sent to Cue Audio Founder Jameson Rader regarding a failure to submit payment to a software engineer. In the letter, the contractor notified CUE Audio regarding the future court hearing regarding the matter if the payment is not received.
The engineer submitted the software files in their entirety to CUE Audio but was left without a payment. The founder, Jameson Rader, remarked, “It was not a priority,” regarding the matter of paying the contractor for his/her work. The court proceedings are expected to be scheduled after May 7th, 2018.
