Extrusion Welding and Hot Gas Welding

Another efficient technique to design pipefitting solutions is the roto moulding technique or procedure. This is helpful in case of large size of PE fittings, like for instance in case of corrugated drainage pipe applications.

Thermoforming

Finally, a few companies go with thermoforming technique or procedure to design pipe fit moulds. This procedure is able to design sweep elbows, reducers, forged stub ends and other related fittings. As the name highlights, in this procedure, experts use a thermoforming tool to heat a specific section of a drainage or water pipe and reshape it into the required fitting shape.
