It is also known by the name of St. Francis Xavier's Tomb. When it comes to the spots of tourist attractions in Goa, this place ranks at the top of the list. It is one of the most important heritage sites in the state of Goa
- Aguada Fort: Located at a distance of about 15 km from the bus stand of Panjim, this magnificent structure was constructed for the purpose of preventing Dutch and Maratha ships from entering through the river Mandovi and played a major role when it comes to protecting this place from outside aggression. This is one of the major tourist destinations in Goa and is one of the most important heritage sites in this place
