Spraying or weeding flower beds and cracks in sidewalk each visit

Shrub trimming 5 times per year (Jan*, April, June, August, October) *Jan trimming – crape myrtles and perennials

Off season service – Leaf clean up from lawn, curb, porches, and driveway 3 times per year

Leaf clean up from flower beds one time per year – February

Maintaining tree canopy height (thinning is extra)

Winter service – In order to maintain a clean well kept lawn throughout the off season, we will pick up all leaves from the lawn, curb, porches, driveway, and alley. If you have additional leaves or simply do not want to wait for the next service you can schedule additional visits for an additional charge. We will clean the leaves from the flower beds once all the leaves are down – typically February.

Our complete program maximizes efficiency by executing all services on a regimented schedule on the same day every week (weather permitting). College Fund Landscaping has developed this program over 15 years of experience in the industry and it works well for most properties. College Fund Landscaping can also add fertilization and weed control, seasonal color changes, new mulch, and many other services to customize your program. Feel free to request pricing on these services. The complete program is a 12 month contract with one prorated monthly bill throughout all 12 months. One month’s deposit and signed contract required before service will begin.
