People in India are known for their foodie habits, consuming unhealthy oily stuff has become a norm here and moreover when it is made of ordinary refined cooking oil then things are bound to get worse. As a result, a large number of people are suffering from various health disorders like high cholesterol, diabetes, heart problems etc. Most of the people have now realized that for better health, they need to change their cooking oil and switch to olive oil.

Origin of the Mediterranean region, olive oil is simply produced by pressing the olive fruit. Many doctors recommend consuming this oil because of the anti-oxidants and anti-inflammatory substances it contains of, which helps in preventing various diseases like cancer, diabetes and heart strokes etc.

b) Pure olive oil: This oil is actually an amalgamation of extra-virgin and refined olive oil. One can use it for pastas, stir-fires, saluting, stews and in dough for baking. It is best suited for body massage. It works wonders for your skin as well as hair, as well.

3) Pomace olive oil: This is most suitable for Indian style of cooking. The notable feature of Pomace is that it is least expensive in comparison to other olive oils, and therefore, the most affordable one.
