OJEE 2015 Exam to be held on 19 July 2015

Odhisha Joint Entrance Examination Committee will be conducting the Odhisha Joint Entrance Examination (OJEE) in the state of Odhisha on 19 July 2015. OJEE 2015 is being conducted to fill in the leftover B.Tech Programme seats in the colleges of Odhisha State.

The OJEE 2015 will first offer the seats to eligible candidates on the basis of their JEE Main 2015 Ranks and thereafter for filling the left over seats, OJEE 2015 Ranks will be taken into consideration. In order to appear in the OJEE 2015 Examination, interested and eligible candidates were required to submit online application form from 16 June to 22 June 2015. The schedule of OJEE 2015 has been listed below.

OJEE 2015 Exam Pattern

A total of 92 questions will be asked in the JEE 2015 Exam, wherein 30 questions each will be asked from the subjects of Chemistry, Mathematics & Physics and 2 other questions will be asked from Science level. Total 02 hours will be allocated to the candidates for attempting these 92 questions.

OJEE 2015 Admit Card

The OJEE 2015 Admit Card will be issued by the conducting authority on 10 July 2015. Candidates who would have submitted their applications before 22 June 2015 will only be able to download their respective admit card. The admit card will not be sent through post/email, each candidate will be required to download the same from the official website. Candidates will compulsorily be required to carry their admit card to the test center for procuring entry and to appear in the exam. Without producing a valid admit card, no entry will be permitted to any candidates.

OJEE 2015 Counselling & Admissions

A candidate, only with valid OJEE-2015 rank card/JEE MAIN/CAT, MAT, XAT, ATMA, NIMCET, GATE, GPAT etc., will be eligible for admission through counselling of OJEE-2015, Odisha. The rank card of OJEE 2015 will be available for download on the official website of OJEE from 27 July 2015, though downloading of rank card does not guarantee a seat.

The OJEE Counselling procedure can be understood from the points listed below -

1. Online registration
2. Online choice filling
3. Reporting at nodal center, payment of Counselling fee and University Registration fee, verification
 of all documents, final choice locking and print out of final seat choice
4. Temporary Seat Position (Not to be used for admission purpose)
5. Withdrawal Process
6. Auto-upgradation and final allotment (Final round allotment)
7. Reporting at the allotted Institute.

List of documents needed for the purpose of verification -

Candidates will have to submit the self-attested photo copies of the documents at nodal center and
 take back all the originals along with them.

  • Resident/Nativity Certificate
  • Certificate of Employment of candidate’s Parent / Spouse
  • Qualifying Examination Pas Certificate from Odisha
  • Downloaded rank card or score card
  • Online registration slip
  • Birth Certificate or any other relevant certificate showing the date of birth
  • Class X/XII Mark Sheets
