NPK fertilizer manufacturing process

The generally production process are mainly included the fertilizer mixer machine,fertilizer granulator machine,fertilizer crusher machine and so on.The manufacturing process mainly are divided into three parts:fermenting,crushing and mixing,granulating.When using the fertilizer crusher machine and fertilizer mixer machine to deal with the raw materials,put them into the fertilizer granulator machine to shape into granulator.When producing the granulator,we can choose the rotary drum granulator machine or the roller press granulator machine.The two type fertilizer granulator equipment is designed for producing the compound fertilizer granulator.Well,there are also still some other type granulator machine can be used to produce the granulator.The choose is relate to the raw materials.After granulating,we use the drum screener machine to separate the inquality fertilizer granulator from the quality granulator.And put the inquality granulator into the chain crusher machine to be grind and making granulator again.Using this method not only reduce the waste of the raw materials,it also improves the working efficient.
