That's what exactly provided by North India. These essential checks in north Indian tourist places will show what the magical sides of India are:

Delhi: While looking up to North India, India's capital city, Delhi, cannot be left untouched. Your flight will land at the India’s largest airport. Delhi remarkably awakens the ancient past and simultaneously exhibits India's modern future. It is bifurcated into two parts - the aging old city of Old Delhi and the organized and proper New Delhi. The city is covered with charming and mesmerizing mosques, forts, memorials and landmarks left over by the Mughal emperors.

Taj Mahal: Taj Mahal is one of the leading 5 historical places in India. It would be an immense loss to visit India and skip out the Taj Mahal. After all, the Taj Mahal is the most famous monument of India. It gives an appearance of a fairytale from the banks of the river Yamuna and has a vivid, vibrant and affluent history dating back to 1630 AD. It's, in a real sense, a tomb containing the body of Mumtaz Mahal – the wife of Mughal emperor Shah Jahan. Structured using marble, this architecture took 22 years and hard work of 20,000 workers to complete. This is one of the famous tourist place in India. Its marvellous details simply ought to be seen to be appreciated. One of the most attractive things about it is the way its color appears to change slowly and steadily in the changing light of the day.

Udaipur: Udaipur is considered to be India's most romantic city and it’s indeed very true. Who could withstand the attraction of its fascinating and delightful old palaces, beautiful gardens, complex temples, and grand castles looking over the broad sparkling lakes! The City Palace, which extends along the eastern shore of Lake Pichola, leaves the visitors amazed and fascinated. It has been built in a very beautiful manner and is finely detailed with Rajput military architecture and Mughal style decorative methods both mixed together. The Mewar royal family still lives in a part of it too.

Varanasi: Varanasi comes in the list of the leading 5 spiritual places in India. It is also known as the city of Lord Shiva. It is believed that anyone who dies here will be saved from the cycle of rebirth. Even a wash in the pure Ganga River is said to rinse away all sins. The interesting thing about this magical city is that its ceremonies and traditions are disclosed openly along many riverside ghats. Staying at a hotel and looking the Ganges is highly suggested and unforgettable.

Golden Temple: Amritsar is the home to the Golden Temple. It was founded by the fourth guru of Sikhs, Guru Ram Das, in the year 1577. It is the religious capital of the Sikhs and obtained its name, meaning "Holy Pool of Nectar". The beautiful Golden Temple attracts travelers from all over the world. It looks particularly impressive at night when it is beautifully lit up, with its magnificent pure gold dome glowing in its appearance.
