Noida is All Set to Get New Jewar Airport

When it comes to National Capital Region, corporate are often seen in dilemma to choose between Gurgaon and Noida. Gurgaon generally gets a nod due to its close proximity to airport. But change is on the cards now. Noida has been gifted with new airport at Jewar on Yamuna Expressway. It will also scale up the growth of real estate sector in Noida.

A new airport is likely to be a shot in the arm for realty sector development which will definitely give a new life to its growth. It will escalate the corporate demand with increasing number of companies. Considering Noida to be secondary location and cheaper as well, not only corporate sector will grow but also the residential market as well increasing the demand of more homes. Reviewing the last two years, it is evident that real estate sector has been healthy and sound and lakhs of apartments have been under construction or completed but corporate sector has always been on hold. Robust of commercial in Gurgaon is due to its close proximity to airport. With a new airport, face of the city will be thoroughly transformed.

Roads, lighting, law and order are expected to be improved. More hotels will be launched and the area will be cleaned. Similar activity has been witnessed in Bengaluru. Earlier there was one hotel on the route but marvelous development has been observed after the airport. Likely it is expected in Noida also. It will also be proved as the boon for tourism sector in Agra and Mathura cities due to connectivity factor.

Another factor stimulating the development is Yamuna Expressway where India’s only Formula 1 track lies. Due to this add on, various developers such as Supertech, ATS, Amarpali Builder and Jaypee have launched the projects. At present moment around 3, 000 homes are under construction. Initially sales were sound but massive meltdown was seen over the last two years. A new airport is seen as the boon for development of this area. Jewar is at a distance of 58 kilometers from Noida Extension where massive projects are going on. At present the price of property is lower and is expected to touch the sky after the launch of new airport at Jewar which will be connected to it via Yamuna Expressway.
